You conduct a group with ca. 15-20 highly qualified employees and report to the Head of Division “Supply Chain Excellence”

You support the achievement of the technical objectives through continuous, targeted training (including negotiation management, value management, lean management, six-sigma, quality tools, etc.) for Zeiss employees to achieve performance support in the organization

with your team you develop cross-functional, cross-category solutions for complex negotiation situations and contract constellations and provide this knowledge of relevant supply chain departments

Your goal is to train our suppliers in relevant topics (e.g. Regulatorik, Sustainability, Collaboration with Zeiss, etc.) so that the SMT supply chain is set up as best as possible for future requirements.

You develop expertise in the processing of regulatory requirements such as export control, LKSG, risk management, IT-SC security, sustainability, and establish these topics as part of the corporate values in the entire supply chain

with all these tasks, you act in close cooperation with other SMT Supply Chain departments, Corporate Procurement functions and the purchasing functions of the other ZEISS units

You have successfully completed your studies in the field of economics or engineering

You have more than five years of professional experience with a few years of experience in disciplinary and lateral leadership, ideally in the field of special machine construction, medical technology or aerospace

You have several years of experience in regulatory context, at best with E2E-Supply-Chain-Bezug

You have experience in the design and implementation of targeted training concepts and are characterized by analysis and enforcement strength

You are happy to lead and further develop teams

You control German and English in word and writing
