EMEA Contract Solutions Expert (m/f/d)

Monitoring and support in developing a system approach for commercial contract management in EMEA, including the coordination of Information Technology, Finance, Sales and EMEA Leadershiip You support team management in examining the needs of the EMEA department for contracts and in designing and implementing systems according to instruction Creation and maintenance of country-specific contractual templates and monitoring of contract lifecycle management, signatories and the pursuit of the contracts carried out You also act as a link between the Global Commercial Contracts, Information Technology, Sales, Finance and Customer Service Department in terms of commercial and non-commercial contracts Cooperation with the Commercial Contracts Team and Customer Service to ensure correct contractual information in all CLM systems used by Arthrex EMEA You support the Global Legal & Compliance team with the procurement of an efficient contract management process and the provision of appropriate analyses as a basis for risk assessments and other compliance processes

Completed studies in accounting, finance or a comparable subject area (prior to completion or CPA) You also provide several years of experience in accounting or financial analysis, experience in the contractual environment Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; also familiar with Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce and Power BI You are used to effectively define other team members and management ideas and problems, collect data, identify facts and draw valid conclusions, paired with high organizational capability, reliability and detailed orientation Furthermore, you have the ability to collect and record data and information in accordance with the procedures and to understand and apply mathematical principles to the extent necessary for the exercise of the activity Flowing German and English language skills in word and writing complete their profile
