They are responsible for the holistic supervision of trainees. You create training plans for our trainees as well as training plans for our interns, interns and work students. They provide a modern and professional staff work for approx. 200 employees are safe and support in the advice and support of our executives and employees in all personal questions. They perform administrative tasks from the recruitment to the exit of employees (contracts, certificates, certificates, etc.). They contribute to future HR projects and actively promote topics such as digitization and optimisation of personal processes. They support the organisation of Azubi trade fairs, info afternoons, Azubi events and business visits. They support operational health management and human resources development.

You have a degree with a focus on personnel or a completed commercial training with a further training as a specialist (m/w/d). They ideally have first professional experience in human resources, like in the operational logistics environment. You have basic knowledge of the right to work and work. They are familiar with MS Office, especially Word and Excel. They work structured, independent and solution-oriented.
