These are your tasks Full advice: You advise your wealthy client: throughout all phases of life and develop individual financial and asset strategies. Personal customer support: You build long-term, intergenerational customer relationships and accompany your customers as a personal contact person. Strategic asset planning: Your focus is on tailor-made solutions in asset structure, incl. Topics such as generation and real estate management. New customer production: You gain targeted new talents:inside for long-term cooperation and continuously expand your network. Solution development: You coordinate internal & external specialists: in order to realize exclusive, tailor-made solutions for your customers. Optimizations: You use cross-selling pools, bring ideas to the further development of processes and keep your expertise up to date.

We wish you Completion: You have a bank-based training or a corresponding degree (e.g. savings banks business operator) as well as an active BaFin-ID / securities competence (level 3). Experience in private banking / asset management: You bring significant knowledge in asset management as well as in generation & real estate management. Communication and consulting skills: You convince by strong communication skills, trusting advice and a safe occurrence in dealing with wealthy customers. Digital Mindset: To support your day-to-day consulting, you are open to digital solutions and bring the willingness to use digital systems & tools - it is also advantageous to have experience in dealing with OSPlus or OSPlus Neo. Flexibility in regional customer contact: You are predominantly active at the location of our Private Banking Center Mitte, however, bringing the flexibility to perceive customer appointments in its responsibilities (Potsdam & environs). Language competence: You have German knowledge at native language level (C2).

You can expect from us An annual salary between 57,400 – 85,100 Euro (TVöD-S, max. pay group E11) including special payments, tailored to your relevant professional experience & your degree. 39 working hours per week, flexible working hours and parttime offers. The possibility of working up to 40% hybrid after incorporation. 32 days holiday, additionally free of work on 24th and 31st December and special days for special occasions.
