With a view to the essentials, you are responsible for the organization and coordination of all processes in the Grafschaft Experimental Engineering You carry out independently and under the guidance of application tests in the hand pattern scale - from raw material procurement to the production process to packaging/labelling of the patterns You assist in carrying out storage tests and sensory evaluations to ensure product quality Their high quality standards also ensure the right result in the development and optimization of production processes You create and maintain concepts for cleaning the technical equipment, storage, disposal and work safety in the technical area

Your completed training as a food technician, specialist in confectionery technology or a comparable training in food technology/process engineering First experience in the food industry with a focus on confectionery, preferably in the field of application technology or product development Expertise and practical experience in the production of foods in the technical scale, ideally in the field of sugar products, coupled with technical understanding of production processes and scale-up skills Good knowledge of raw materials, especially in the area of gelling and thickeners, sugar and sugar products, as well as knowledge of the main contents of the GFSI Standards (FSSC ISO 22,000, IFS, BRC) Experience in dealing with SAP or similar ERP systems as well as MS-Office and good English skills complete all this
