Responsible for leadership and performance! Management of five team leaders:inside and indirectly around 80 employees in the field of external services, experts Total responsibility for the operational results of the region (customer satisfaction, quality, cost, productivity) KPI-based control and continuous performance optimization Coaching and development of the regional leadership team Implementation of the corporate strategy at regional level Drive forward digitalization, process optimization and standardization Control of change processes in cooperation with departments, works council and customers

Leading, translation oriented, forward-looking! Multiannual management experience of a decentralized sales unit, optimally in the insurance, KFZ environment or in an adjacent service area (e.g. workshop control, technical services, expert organisation, etc.) Experience in managing multi-level organisations with disciplinary responsibility Impressive understanding of operational processes and service key figures High level of initiative, digitization competence and readiness to change Communication strength, team orientation and a modern, transparent leadership style Ideally basic technical understanding in the automotive, workshop, agricultural environment
