Building and further development of the ZLL as a central unit for non-classical study and further education. Strategic planning of modular and flexible offers (Microcredentials/ Microdegrees, online formats, languages, general training). Market and demand analysis for new target groups and content (e.g. regional companies, professionals, international students). Interdisciplinary programme design: promoting cross-disciplinary cooperation in the development of new formats. Positioning & profile formation of the ZLL in the educational landscape (regional, national, international). Evaluation & Reporting to the university management on offer effectiveness and achievement. Leadership and further development of the associated employees, responsibility of the budget and the quality and personnel development of the department, taking into account high-level (strategic) goals. Moderation of interdisciplinary working groups on the development of new programs and formats.

Completed academic studies (Master, Diploma University), ideally in the field of social / economics, education, public management, university and science management. Experience in leadership of teams and project management. Strong communication skills and experience in the moderation of heterogeneous groups. Proven experience in the conception, control and further development of further education and/or higher education offerings (e.g. certificate programs, Microcredentials/ Microdegrees, General Studies, Online/Blended formats). Knowledge of the framework conditions of university and further education (in particular organisational structures, body logic, interfaces to specialist areas). Basic understanding of didactic quality requirements and ability to translate them into quality standards and processes. Safety in dealing with market and demand analyses. Very good communication and expression skills in word and writing. Embossed team capacity, ability to self-organise and resilience Consultancy skills and a capacity for structured, independent approach.
