For our staff Group revision in the Tribe exams and revision services, we are looking for you in full or part-time from 30 hours a week as a speaker Reporting & Administration Group revision (m/w/d) in Karlsruhe. Here you work with 12 colleagues across the site and with various interfaces.

Tasks with perspectives

You create, format and ensure the quality of analyses, decision templates and management reports for internal and external customers and coordinate the revision reporting. You use your distinct ability to analyze and visualize data. You bring content visually clear, professional and targeted to the point and support in consolidating area codes. Your Excel skills and presentation strength in PowerPoint are crucial. You monitor and coordinate tasks and deadlines to ensure timely and efficient results. Your organizational skills and your independent, structured way of working help you. You enter the internal revision tool, coordinate user rights, system updates and interfaces, and carry out tests. In addition, you support the further development of the revision tool and the intranet appearance to improve functionality and efficiency. You manage the back office, take special tasks, organize, coordinate and accompany workshops, meetings and events - including preparation and follow-up.

Personality with profile

You have a completed commercial training as well as many years of relevant professional experience or a study with several years of relevant professional experience or a comparable qualification. You have extensive experience in office management, ideally in the context of revision and bring Excel and PowerPoint as well as a strong organizational capability. You have a high IT affinity and experience in the administration of tools such as MS Office, JIRA, SharePoint and revision tools.
