As a rental specialist (m/w/d) and first contact person for our product portfolio in the field of industrial trucks (for example forklift) you accompany our customers and develop individual rental solutions for a wide variety of usage scenarios. You control the entire rental process independently from the request to the successful implementation of the rental solution and develop pragmatic and sustainable solutions for the challenges of the daily operating business. You calculate, first and track rental offers independently and are responsible for the smooth handling of rental orders including all relevant process steps. You ensure the timely provision of vehicles and accessories, coordinate transports and support the optimal utilization of our rental fleet through the targeted procurement of vehicles and attachments. Together with suppliers, branches and internal departments, you develop pragmatic solutions for technical, commercial and operational issues. You are responsible for all administrative processes relating to rental order processing. Local customer visits are used to expand existing business relationships and identify further potentials for our rental solutions.

You have successfully completed a commercial or technical training. You have professional experience in rental management, rental, disposition, customer support or sales services. Ideally, you have gained experience in technical investment goods or comparable products. You quickly recognize customer requirements and develop economical and practical solutions. Technical understanding connects you with a pronounced service and customer orientation as well as a structured way of working. Working together in the team as well as with customers, suppliers and internal interfaces will make you happy, and you will address challenges in a solution-oriented manner. Communication strength, organizational talent and a quick understanding help you keep an overview even in a dynamic environment. Good knowledge of MS Office, experience in handling ERP systems (ideally SAP) as well as good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
