The newly established team is responsible for the issues of fault management, ICT incident management and emergency management. It combines all operationally relevant IT security and continuity issues and ensures easy and fast interfaces as well as efficient communication. The team works in an open-minded environment and represents a link between process managers and compliance.

Your tasks – we will inspire you You carry out independent tasks in IT emergency management and develop processes, concepts and methods to ensure continuous IT operation for the Sparkasse KölnBonn. You also make sure that these are applied and maintained. You monitor compliance with legal and supervisory requirements as well as relevant standards in emergency management and implement your own ideas for implementation. In addition, you analyze the process map and identify emergency-relevant processes, data and software solutions as part of a comprehensive impact analysis (business impact analysis). In cooperation with the relevant departments, you will develop necessary emergency plans and scenarios and thus contribute to the creation and maintenance of a company-wide emergency manual. You prepare emergency exercises and tests, support the areas of emergency management and take over the analysis and documentation of these processes.

Your profile – this is how you inspire us You have a successfully completed degree in economics, business informatics or a comparable qualification. Multiannual practical professional experience in emergency management will be brought with you (from process design to implementation of the BIA). You bring about enforcement that you use according to the situation targeted and addressable. In addition, you are characterized by strategic thinking and a structured way of working.
