As Technical Account Manager (m/w/d) you are part of Optima Pharma. In the development and production of intelligent turnkey filling solutions including isolator and freeze dryers, you will work with the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Future-oriented, sustainable and flexible.

In your new role, you are responsible for the care of a solid customer base and take over the processing of technical questions concerning filling machines and turn key systems. With your know-how and in coordination with the specialist departments, you develop solutions for technical enquiries and incidents and coordinate their implementation directly with the customer. You take over the organization and support of emergency operations and are available as contact persons for our technicians. In cooperation with our customer advisors, prepare Business Review Meetings and participate actively if necessary. Your area of responsibility is rounded off by the maintenance and documentation of customer requests in the CRM system as well as ensuring that completed solutions are deposited in the knowledge database.
