IT Manager (m/w/d) for a leading M&A consulting company

First contact for around 50 colleagues at four locations when using web-based databases and user software Strategic development of our web-based project management and CRM software (DealCloud) to optimize internal knowledge management, performance evaluations and efficient project management Designing a future-oriented data platform for intelligent analysis and structured use of our internal know-how Monitoring and continuous development of IT security, including awareness raising of IT security issues Coordination of first-level support as the first contact person for IT questions, close cooperation with our external IT service provider, who takes over operational support

Completed studies in the field (economic) informatics, a comparable qualification or relevant professional experience Finded knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 environment, especially teams, SharePoint and Exchange Experience in supporting and developing web-based databases and CRM systems, ideally DealCloud Knowledge of AI applications, data analysis and presentation tools of advantage Knowledge of IT security and data protection Embossed communication skills, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Experience in cooperation with external IT service providers
