Head of the ''Construction, BIM, Surveying'' department (m/f/d)

A challenging and challenging management position awaits you, inter alia, against the background of re-establishing your department in the administrative structure, evaluating and synchronizing regional procedures and quality standards, gradually forcing the introduction and viability of the Building Information Modelling (BIM) in project processing, as well as accompanying and advancing technological modernization and digitization in measurement. You work with the organizational units in the headquarters as well as in the regional offices. Your core tasks include the management of the newly created department as well as the control of the specialist departments assigned to the department: PB 4.1 – Principle issues Construction PB 4.2 – Building Information Modeling (BIM) PB 4.3 – Surveying, incl. regional areas You will also take over the management of the specialist department PB 4.1 in Personalunion. As a director of the decernate, you will be guided by the agreements agreed with your department management under predetermined framework conditions. You represent the interests of Hessen Mobil at specialist level in the relevant ministries and specialised bodies; you work with the relevant representations in a trustful and constructive manner. A pronounced capacity for targeted communication as representative/representative of Hessen Mobil will benefit you. Thanks to the greatest possible transparency in your communication, you will take the specialist departments and your employees at all levels, strengthen the executives and establish identification with the goals of Hessian transport policy, the masterpiece of Hessen Mobil, as well as the key framework for you and your area through the management of Hessen Mobil. A completed university degree (TH-/TU-Diplom/Master) of the Department of Civil Engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in managing organizational units, also at distance Basic knowledge of construction, surveying and BIM Insufficient expertise in the main topics of construction preparation and implementation and management law Comprehensive knowledge in VOB, VOL, HOAI and project management Basic business knowledge and outcome-oriented thinking and action A strong leadership competence characterized by strategic skills, targeted leadership, empathy, integrating ability and liability.
