For our SOS Children's Village in Thuringia we are looking for a Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in permanent employment, full-time or part-time (20 to 38.5 hours/Where.)

As a pedagogical field management, you take on the professional, human, organizational and economic responsibility for various offers of our assistance network. Together with your employees, you will ensure the quality of our pedagogical work and develop the offers according to needs and forward-looking. You guide and develop the employees of your area in an appreciation and targeted manner. You control the educational, human and organizational processes and ensure reliable communication and cooperation. You ensure the technical quality, develop concepts and standards and accompany change processes. You ensure the consistent implementation of child and care protection. Together with the management, You are responsible for personnel and resources planning and are involved in economic planning. You provide advice on technical and strategic issues and actively contribute to the development of the facility. You work with youth offices, specialist offices and cooperation and network partners and represent your area to the outside.

You have a completed university degree in social work, social education or a comparable relevant degree. You bring well-founded knowledge of child and youth assistance as well as several years of professional experience in an educational field. Ideally, you already have leadership or leadership experience. You lead to appreciation, clear and participative, and understand how to motivate employees, give them orientation and promote their professional development. You think strategically and solution-oriented, make responsible decisions and keep an overview even in complex situations. You convince by communication strength, social competence and a safe and binding occurrence. You have strong conflict and consulting skills and are also reflected and confident in challenging situations. You work structured, forward-looking and self-responsively and bring together organisational skills as well as joy in joint design and change.
