Own-responsible pay billing: monthly pay and salary billing including allowances, premiums, special payments and deductions. Maintenance of modern HR processes: administration and updating of all personnel master files along the entire Employee Lifecycle (entry, changes, exit) in the DATEV LODAS wage billing system and in the Personal Management Software Personio. Reporting & Authorities Communication: Creation and transmission of reports to financial offices and social security institutions as well as professional communication with health insurance funds, authorities and employees. Certificates & special cases: Creation of certificates for employment agency, health insurance and pension insurance, as well as safe settlement of individual special cases in the pay bill. Examinations & financial statements: Support for pay tax and social security checks and cooperation in financial statements, e.g. provisions for holidays and variable compensation components. Working in the HR day business: Contact person for questions from employees and executives about the working relationship with biogeen and active participation of efficient HR and payroll processes.

Training: Completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial merchant (all), office merchant (all) or tax specialist (all) or comparable, with further training in the area of wage and salary accounting. Expertise in tax & social security law: Very good knowledge of wage tax and social security law and basic knowledge in labour law. Software knowledge: Extensive experience in pay billing with DATEV LODAS as well as safe handling of Personio and MS Office, in particular Excel for evaluations and payroll controlling. Structured & reliable operation: High accuracy, discretion and sense of responsibility in handling sensitive personal data and accounting information. Communication strength & service orientation: clear, friendly communication with employees, authorities and external partners as well as the joy of teamwork in the HR environment. Additional knowledge: Required are knowledge of occupational retirement, travel cost accounting and fleet management as well as multiannual experience in the area of Payroll. This position fits you particularly well if you have already gained experience in wage and salary billing / Payroll in human resources, e.g. as a wage and salary book holder (all), Payroll Specialist (all), specialist pay billing (all), employee payroll accounting (all), employee personnel personnel charge billing (all).
