Your tasks:

• Preparation and implementation of reliability tests for integrated semiconductor components
• Testing of integrated components in the environment of mass production test systems
• Building electrical test environments for controlling semiconductor components during reliability tests
• Troubleshooting for reliability and electrical tests
• Documentation and reporting of test results
• Archiving of hardware and software of reliability tests
• Maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment
• Close cooperation with reliability laboratories and product engineers:in order to implement reliability requirements

Your profile:

• Complete training for electricians or further training for state-tested technicians
• Good knowledge of semiconductors and integrated components
• Experience in testing integrated components and starting reliability tests
• knowledge of the programming of electronic systems of advantage
• Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
• Teamability and good communication skills
• Self-employed working with strong documentation capability
