For more than 40 years, the Johannites have been serving people in need of care in their own home. In addition to the care of older people, the Johanniter-Cronstetten-Pflegedienst has also offered outpatient care for children since 2026. Our field of application includes Frankfurt (Eckenheim, Eschersheim,Dornbusch, Preungesheim, Kalbach, Riedberg, Mertonviertel, Nieder-Eschbach, Unterliederbach), Liederbach am Taunus and Kelkheim. To strengthen the team, we are looking for new colleagues who support our work with their expertise. Their focus is on the outpatient care of children and young people. As we accompany people of all ages, you will also take care of adult and elderly patients, depending on the application planning. You provide our small and large patients professionally, sensitively and with heart. You keep the health of your patients in mind and document your work carefully. You accompany and advise relatives confidently and competently. You work according to the quality standards of the Johanniters and focus on the individual needs of your patients. You promote health, independence and quality of life and continuously develop your expertise.
