Team leadership: Discipline leadership of the tool design team Working on constructions as an active team leader Promotion and further development of team members Project management: Creation of timetables and action plans Cost control within the framework of projects Participation in budget planning Coordination and communication with internal tooling and external partners International project work with corporate sites (e.g. India, China, USA) Maintenance and management of technical data and documentation Technical responsibility: Cooperation in the designers' resource planning Construction of tools and components

Complete training as a technical product designer and further training as a state-tested technician or similar qualification Safe handling of CAD systems (required Autodesk Inventor) and relevant design software German and English language skills fluent in word and writing Experience in the design of punching and embossing tools Funded knowledge in project management and application of common PM tools Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials Experience in the disciplined leadership of small teams Structured and solution-oriented operation Communication strength, team skills, intercultural competence Hands-on mentality
