As a nursing professional in the home, you are required daily with basic care, drug delivery, wound care and documentation – we clarify how documentation, procedures and team voting are organised in the field. We teach you in missions where your experience is in demand – not just a free place is filled. The location and time period are pre-tuned, at the same time the site requires a basic availability for multi-week or multi-month operations in different federal states.

• Planable through the shift service: up to 32 € remain transparent and punctual even with changing services. • Free time that remains to you: Even with specialist tasks, you will be able to spend at least 30 days of holiday (birth additionally free) on a reliable basis. • Contractually comprehensible: For biac, special payments are not ancillary, but part of a reliable employment structure. • Service planning with overview: Even in dynamic care applications, free wishes and desired layers should not only remain marginal notes, but also be planned. • Good for you, good for the team: Whether an entry bonus is possible up to €2,000 or a recommendation bonus up to €3,000, we will clarify you transparently. • The accommodation is agreed with you before starting, organized and fully funded by biac • The costs of the agreed arrival and departure shall be borne by biac; if necessary, a vehicle may be available • Clear agreements on duration, service model and start of use

• You document care processes, observations and measures professionally so that decisions and handovers can take place on a clean basis. • You are responsible for reference care for a fixed circle of residents: in the middle, you know their biography, resources and needs and accompany them reliably in everyday life. • You implement prophylaxis measures – such as decubitus, fall and contractor prophylaxis – consistently and professionally and adapts them to individual risks. • You not only implement hygiene and quality requirements formally, but pay attention to safe routines and clean care.

How will a stationary deployment be coordinated at home? Living area, resident structure and layers are discussed with you for home use.

Can I specify if I prefer day service or night service? Preferences for service form are taken into account in operational planning.

Can I also be used with experience from specific stations or specialist departments? Station experience and department knowledge are taken into account in the operational planning in suitable areas.

What information do I receive from a mission? You will receive information on the establishment, location, period, accommodation and organizational framework before the deployment begins.

Is there a cost for accommodation and arrival? No. The agreed accommodation and the costs of arrival and departure are fully taken over by biac.
