In these areas it advises the Federal Government as well as other institutions and interest groups. This makes the BfR an important contribution to protecting people. The BfR registers, processes and validates information on dangerous products transmitted by industry, which are required for emergency medical advice in the case of poisoning in the seven poison information centres in Germany. The registration and quality assurance of communications on dangerously classified mixtures (products) and detergents and cleaning agents as well as the technical and content development of the BfR product database for adaptation to current needs is of particular importance. Specific activities include: Support for internal coordination and processing of product communications Contact to companies to answer enquiries on the notification procedure for product communications Creating receipts for product releases Conducting research on the Internet or in literature and other databases according to predetermined criteria Working with the organizer-administrative control and monitoring of process processing by eAkte Implementation of the digitalization concept for archiving product communications

Completed vocational training as a merchant for office management a comparable vocational training Safe handling of software applications (MS Office) and willingness to acquire application-related knowledge of new applications Professional experience in conducting research on the Internet and/or literature research Impressed sense of responsibility and a high level of readiness and communication skills Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing Self-employed, reliable and targeted working and team orientation Required Public administration practice Experience in the application of digital communication systems (video conferencing systems/software) Structured, systematic and result-oriented working methods Interest in an increasingly digitized working environment combined with the willingness to develop computer skills within the framework of further training
