Our Financial Services division focuses on financial services and supports banks, insurance companies and asset managers to be successful in an ever-changing and fast-paced world.

Become part of our Banking & Capital Markt Consulting team in Berlin, Cologne, Frankfurt/Main, Munich, Düsseldorf, Stuttgart or Hamburg and support in shaping the financial world of tomorrow. You can do a variety of tasks: Analysis of end-to-end processes in securities processing - from order management to settlement to corporate action and asset servicing - and development of future-oriented target images and target operating models. In doing so, you deepen your existing professional understanding of capital market processes and gain insight into the transformation of modern post-trade processes (e.g. the T+1 conversion) Designing modern IT architectures and supporting transformations of existing systems and scalable platforms (e.g. cloud, APIs or microservices). You work on the introduction or consolidation of core systems as well as on the integration of market infrastructures such as central storage (e.g. clearstream) and external service providers Support in the implementation of regulatory requirements and market standards (e.g. CSDR, SRD II/ARUG II, T+1, ISO 20022) and learn how processes, data and systems are efficiently and compliant Identification of potentials for digitization, automation and efficiency enhancement, optimization and further development of existing structures and processes in securities processing structuring and independent processing of work packages in the project team and discussing the results with our customers:

Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Economic Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a comparable degree course Ideally, first experience in a bank, a management consultancy or fintech with regard to regulatory requirements and market standards (e.g. CSDR, SRD II/ARUG II, T+1, ISO 20022) and/or IT systems in the financial sector, as well as enthusiasm for the development of new topics and regulatory requirements in the field of capital market and securities processing Very good communication skills in German (at least C1 level) and English
