Advice and implementation for the introduction, redesign and adaptation of working time systems Creation and adaptation of (flexible) layer models with support of layer plan software Advising our member companies in all matters of tariff-compliant classification & grouping according to the remuneration framework agreement (ERA) Creation and review of job descriptions Collection of pay data and their data evaluation as a support offer for companies to pay for claims and market-oriented remuneration Redesign and adaptation of remuneration and remuneration systems Support for companies in matters of occupational health and safety Advice on the introduction of AI systems Seminars are held on work organization and work science topics via our continuing training hotspot [uv]campus and our member companies Analysis and optimization of internal structures, processes, processes for increasing efficiency & effectiveness Identification of innovations and future fields for the association group, in particular further development and implementation of the digitalization and AI strategy

Complete studies (e.g. business engineering/work science/organisational development, business informatics, work psychology) or comparable qualification Analytical working and thinking, organisational skills and conceptual and agile approach combined with communication and negotiation skills as well as team skills Digitalization and AI know-how Ideally, you have a well-founded knowledge of the collective agreements in the M+E industry and the work and business organization Experience in the organisation and implementation of seminars and lectures
