Your job – how to shape our future: Influence: Within your portfolio to be supervised, you shape the relationship with your corporate customers' associations autonomous, holistic and yield-oriented. In particular, new customer requests allow you to give this design your very personal handwriting. Responsibility In doing so, you can position yourself as a financial partner/in and idea provider at the management of our customers. Design and cooperation: You develop individual problem solutions using innovative financial instruments and with the involvement of our asset and specialist consultants. Solutions: You make financing decisions and intensify existing business relationships through regular, active customer contact. Service: In order to be able to focus on consulting tasks, you will be supported by our credit consultants and sales assistants. Your profile – so you can introduce yourself: Qualification: You have completed bank training and are experienced in cooperation with corporate customers. In doing so, your good analytical skills allow you to reliably penetrate corporate structures as well as economic circumstances and relationships. Personal characteristics: In addition, you are open and ready to learn for hybrid forms of cooperation in presence and home office as well as for the use of the necessary tools (Skype, Webex, etc.). Their high willingness to use is characterized by passion and your action is characterized by flexibility, sensitivity and social competence. Your Benefits: Attractive remuneration: The Sparkasse is a collective employer and applies the TVöD and the TVöD-BT-S. The remuneration is governed by the collective agreements. This place is rated with pay group 11, i.e. within the tariff level model, depending on the professional experience, in a range from 59,000 to 87,000 € annual gross. In addition to the table fee, further collectively regulated services, such as the annual special payment or special savings banks, are also paid.
