We are looking forward to your application as (Junior) Product Manager (m/w/d) Financial Insights & Optimization at C24 Bank!

You develop and optimize the analytic features of our banking app so that users can better understand and control their revenues and expenses You work closely with IT and Data Science to continuously improve the intelligent categorisation of transactions and automated contract recognition You recognize potentials for the use of AI and develop innovative use cases together with your team that make our analysis functions smarter, more personalized and even more helpful You analyze usage data, feedback and market trends, and derive concrete product ideas that create real added value You actively shape the customer experience - from the creation of user stories through mock-ups and prototypes (e.g. with Figma) to the coordination with UX/UI, IT and other product teams You accompany the end-to-end implementation of your features and ensure a smooth and intuitive user experience through testing and iteration

You have successfully completed a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, BWL, VWL or a comparable area You bring first relevant professional experience from a startup, a management consultancy or a digital company - for example through student work or internships You have a good technical understanding of digital products and are passionate about new technologies and trends in banking - especially in the fields of AI and data-driven applications You work analytically and structured, show your own initiative and have a good sense of customer needs You have a hand-on mentality, like working agilely in the team and communicating confidently - in German and English
