Planning and organisation of machine and spare parts shipments, shipments within the framework of major projects on construction sites (not only from Germany), taking into account customs and external economic provisions Creation and processing of customs and freight documents and all other necessary documents Compliance and implementation of customs procedures Consideration and implementation of preferential agreements Monitoring of ATLAS export declaration and EU request confirmations Import customs clearance Pick up and compare freight offers, including audit Responsibility for disposition and loading Support for customs activities (export control, preferential processing, etc.) Hazardous Goods Support for special projects Consulting and support for internal clients*

successfully completed vocational training as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services or as an industrial merchant, a successfully completed additional training is advantageous relevant professional experience in shipping and export processing, preferably in an international industrial company comprehensive knowledge of customs and external economic law SAP application knowledge, knowledge in the AEB dispatch system “Assist4” and GTS are advantageous safe English in word and writing Knowledge of logistics, careful working and good communication skills Responsibility, reliability, organizational talent and joy in success in the team
