Bid Manager (m/w/d) Oldenburg | terminated | Full time | O_T_12918 As a central interface, you connect our customers with the Omexom Offshore business units From the outset, you take over the holistic management of supply projects – from first customer contact to contract signing You develop tender documents, initial calculations and develop technical concepts At customer meetings you present our company and our solutions convincingly and professionally In your role, you organize and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams across different disciplines Together with contract management and legal department, you conduct contract negotiations with customers and subcontractors Internally, you moderate offer presentations and risk reviews and ensure transparent decision-making

You have completed studies in the fields of business or engineering, e.g. in economics, business management (BWL), economic engineering, engineering, project management, supply chain management, or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in project management, ideally as Bid Manager, Tender Manager, Proposal Manager (m/w/d) or in a technical or industrial environment, you already bring with you A strong understanding of operational processes, tenders, and technical and commercial relationships is what distinguishes you Your work is structured, independent and solution-oriented You will also analyze complex issues securely and prepare them in a comprehensible, precise and addressable manner With your high self-motivation, your organizational talent and your enthusiasm, you understand how to control interdisciplinary teams and take others with you Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile
