Organize the reception and welcome our guests. Take goods and control them. Contact our service providers. Organize the preparation and follow-up of meeting rooms. Respond to the regular review as well as ensuring cleanliness in the coffee and tea kitchens. Take independent diverse general administrative activities.

You're enrolled in a degree program. When handling the PC and MS Office products, you are safe and confident. You have an independent, structured and reliable way of working. A very high level of service orientation and organizational talent are yours. You convince with resilience and are a team player. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
