What are you doing with us? You are responsible for the advice, education and guidance of patients:inside and, if necessary, Members in the phase of transfer from the clinic to the home area. You visit our patients: inside their homes and make sure that the aids are running smoothly. This includes the ability of patients: Members, care services etc. in the application of the aids, the transfer of the procurement process from the regulation to the ordering at PubliCare, as well as, if necessary, the clarification of possible questions with the prescribed doctor and the cost carrier. You'll start visiting reports and maintenance documentation using iPad. Occasionally, you can also present PubliCare at a trade fair or patient event. What are you bringing to us? Expertise and reliability! You have a training for/for the examinated health caregiver:in or as a nursing specialist (care professional/care professional) You could already gain practical experience in patient care - ideally in the field of parenteral or enteral nutrition, as a (deero) stomatherapeut:in or as a care expert:in for stoma or continuance. Ideally, you already have first experience in field services or outpatient care, but a must is not. Uncommon work lies to you and you like to organize yourself.
