Tasks

Processing of customer requests and complaints by phone and email -Providing product information and advice for customers -Working with the sales team to improve customer experience -Customer database and customer data update

• Participation in regular team meetings and training

Requirements profile A successful 'Customer Service Employee' should have the following qualifications:

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification

• Experience in a customer-oriented role -Start communication skills and solution orientation -Good knowledge in MS Office and CRM systems
