Real Estate Valuation Clerk / Expert Employee (m/f/d)

These are your tasks Real estate assessment: You create and check loan value assessments, value indications and realisation value calculations for residential properties up to EUR 600,000. Order management: You accompany incoming evaluation orders from entry control to complete order processing, commission external providers and keep in mind deadlines and quality. Evaluation preparation: You regularly prepare real estate reviews for standard properties, supported by modern technical solutions. Expert control: You coordinate cooperation with external reviewers:inside, issue evaluation orders and ensure a timely and complete processing. Object view: If necessary, you take self-contained object visits and gain a comprehensive impression of the property on site. Reference: You will ensure your professional qualification through an annual recertification and are therefore an expert:r Employee:in the real estate assessment field. We wish you Qualification: You have completed bank-based training and ideally bring first contact points with the credit or real estate business. Property competency: First experiences in private building financing are beneficial and help you to safely classify property-related issues. Analysis: You can question economic relationships, carefully examine facts and derive sound decisions from them. Working methods: You work structured, quality-conscious and reliable and know how to prioritize and edit tasks that arise. Personality: You are convinced by your own initiative, willingness to use and a strong sense of responsibility, even in challenging situations, you can keep an overview and stand up safely and solution-oriented. Communication: You like to work together on tasks and goals, communicate openly and have very good German knowledge on at least C1 level. You can expect from us An annual salary between 50,500 – 68,800 Euro (TVöD-S, max. pay group 9a) including special payments, tailored to your relevant professional experience & qualification Full-time (39 hours per week) or part-time (min. 80%) possible and flexible working hours The possibility of working up to 40% hybrid after incorporation 32 days holiday, additionally free of work on 24th and 31st December as well as special holidays for special occasions An onboarding tailored to you, incl.
