You are the central point of contact in IT support and help our partners in day-to-day business with our goods management system

You take disorders, analyze them and fix the problems – by phone, ticket, remote or directly on site You enter our intranet and install hardware, software and connectors. You also take care of the phone system and Microsoft 365 You create clear documentation and carry out practical training for smaller user groups

You have a completed training in IT, e.g. as IT system businessman, computer science businessman, specialist informatics or system electronics

You have already worked in IT support, optimally with POS systems such as goods management, cash registers or mobile data acquisition (MDE) You know about Linux servers. If possible, you have already worked with SAP applications in retail You clarify technical issues and can describe problems so that everyone understands them You like to work in the team, help your colleagues and have a class B licence
