Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification. Strong programming experience, with a focus on Python for production-grade systems. Solid understanding of REST APIs and WebSocket-based communication. Experience with gRPC, and beneficial experience working with Kafka and Redis. Team-oriented mindset with a high level of commitment, initiative, and ownership. Strong interest in finance and the crypto market ecosystem. Ability to assess, understand and process new information quickly. Strong English proficiency, both written and spoken.
