REQUIREMENTS Strategic and conceptual elaboration of remuneration-relevant topics (e.g. equal pay, jobgrading, collective and non-tariff remuneration concepts) Competent consultation of HR Business partners, executives and senior management in compensation issues Management of compensation projects together with the HR Business Partners Independent planning and implementation of the annual rounds of remuneration for all employees Answering basic questions on remuneration Process optimization in cooperation with internal contact persons PROFIL Completed university studies (economics, BWL or comparable) Knowledge and professional experience in Compensation and Benefits and Payroll Management Ideally experience in handling tariff compensation Professional experience in cooperation with the HR department, gladly acquired in the consulting area Joy in the comprehensive management of projects and the moderation of workshops Strategic and analytical thinking, paired with a precise working method

PROFIL Completed university studies (economics, BWL or comparable) Knowledge of Compensation and Benefits and Payroll Management Relevant professional experience in cooperation with the HR department, gladly acquired in the consulting area Joy in the comprehensive management of projects and the moderation of workshops High target and result orientation Strategic and analytical thinking, paired with a precise working method High level of responsibility
