Control and coordination of large orders from order intake to timely delivery to commercial chains, supermarkets and large customers Interface management between sales, purchasing, marketing, logistics and external partners to ensure smooth processes Coordination of customer-specific requirements such as promotional goods, packaging, displays and marketing measures Monitoring dates, quantities and quality as well as creation of project status and evaluations Participation in the optimization of processes and support in operational business

Training or comparable qualification with experience in project management, purchasing, order management or sales Experience in controlling customer projects or large orders, ideally in the commercial environment Structured, solution-oriented mode of operation and pronounced communication and organizational capability Joy in cooperation with internal interfaces and external partners Safe handling of MS Office and ERP systems Very good English skills in word and writing
