Manager Assortment Planning with a focus on data analysis (m/f/d)

As Manager Assortment Planning, you will analyze large, provided data sets (e.g. Query evaluations), find patterns and guide concrete measures for assortments, prices and promotions For colleagues from the planning team, you will structure, analyze and visualize complex planning codes and create a resilient basis for strategic business decisions From the goods flow control, you will take appropriate measures to optimize such as seasonal planning, deductive measures, sale measures or reductions You actively participate in process optimization and in the further development of planning, control and analysis tools (in the direction of predictive analytics) You opt for the in-season performance through careful analysis of the assortment and derivation of appropriate measures to increase sales, always in coordination with the adjacent specialist areas such as controlling, purchasing, sales, logistics etc. You are responsible for planning your area with key figures from sales planning to limit planning

You bring experience in planning processes and carry out independent planning cycles for sales, inventory and limits You use analysis tools (pivot analysis, SQL, BI reports) for trend and anomaly detection and shapely data-based action recommendations You summarize complex analyses in predictive management reports and take clear, implementable measures for operational topics Experience in handling goods management systems, planning systems such as SAP and BI tools You drive projects to establish data-driven processes (standard reports, training, rollout tasks) and ensure sustainable acceptance with stakeholders You meet data-based decisions, argue with key figures and coordinate responsibilities to consistently implement actions
