Your tasks: • Support in expanding our customer structure and attracting new customers • 360° degree of employee transfer • Recruitment of pedagogical staff • Employee support and disposition within the framework of employee transfer • Implementation of contract negotiations on the customer and candidate side • Implementation of interviews with subsequent staff selection • Creating and designing the job advertisements on the digital platforms

Your profile: • Professional experience in the personnel service sector (labour transfer) • Knowledge from the pedagogical field required • Knowledge in Zvoove (L1, Landwehr) desirable • A completed, commercial training/training or a comparable qualification • Communication and persuasiveness as well as authentic appearance • Team skills and organizational talent • Self-employed, structured and targeted
