What awaits you craftsmanship basics in metalworking (boring, filing, grinding, cutting, joining and forming) and in mechanical manufacturing (turning and milling) Production and assembly of components and assemblies with various connecting techniques Executing and implementing work and testing instructions Application of switching and functional plans of different systems Monitoring and optimization of assembly and disassembly processes as well as in manual and mechanical production of components Participation in vehicle or vehicle component production from manufacturing to assembly and additive manufacturing (3D printing) and CNC technology Assembly of cables, electrical and electronic assemblies Implementation of quality assurance measures In the second year of training, you will decide, together with your instructor, which subject area should be further deepened: machining technology Construction technology Forming and wire technology With good to very good performance in theory and practice, there is the possibility to connect the training to the industrial mechanic (m/w/d), construction mechanic (m/w/d) or machining mechanic (m/w/d) over the duration of 1.5 years.
