Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Location: Saxony - Zwickau Type of employment: shift, full-time Working hours: 37.5 - 40 hours per week

Purpose and objective For our customers we are looking for several motivated production employees (m/w/d).

Tasks, competences and responsibility

• Provision of starting materials
• Production of intermediate and semi-finished products according to the manufacturer's instructions
• Control of production processes within predetermined parameter ranges
• Documentation and evaluation of process and product-relevant parameters
• sampling according to production protocols
• Cleaning of plants, plant parts and rooms
• Keeping the hygiene regulations

Technical requirements

• first experience in the abovementioned position or similar activity
• Reliability and team capability
• careful and reliable operation
• good knowledge of German
• a service-oriented operation
• friendly appearance

Personal requirements and social competencies

• Complete vocational training, ideally as a pharmaceutical or in technical training professions and/or multiannual experience in production
• Knowledge of production and quality standards
• Experience in the management of production facilities
• technical understanding of advantage
• Standing for continuous development (personal and professional)
• Quality & Hygiene Consciousness, Target Orientation, Flexibilty, Object Orientation & Loadability
• Ready to work in the 3-shift system, if necessary in rolling week
