Management and control of the operating daily business in the field of customer testing and transaction monitoring with a team of about 10 employees Monitoring and optimization of quality and performance specifications and operational testing processes Analysis and support of business incidents to identify potential improvements Monitoring relevant KPIs – including quality management and process control Cooperation with internal departments to ensure efficient processes and processes
