Payments & Systems

Implementation of the monthly payroll incl. pre- and post-work Collection, maintenance and testing of accounting-relevant data in SAP HCM (PY/PT) and SuccessFactors Processing of in- and outbound-sach behavior incl. Shadow Payroll / Split Payroll clarification of billing, wage tax and social insurance issues settlement of reporting and certification

Occupancy & Accounting

Processing and testing of operations of occupational pension schemes (bAV) Monitoring of payment receipts from receivables to employees and health insurance companies Coordination of relevant accounts in cooperation with financial accounting

HR administration

Creation of work contracts, contract changes and certificates Management of holiday, sickness and working time accounts Management and maintenance of digital personal files

Reporting, Budget & Projects

Creation of evaluations, reports and statistics Supporting HR costs and participation in the HR budget process Support for annual work Working with innovative HR projects (digitalization, process optimization, introduction of new tools & processes)

Closed commercial training, ideally with further training (e.g. personal specialist businessman/wife or payroll specialization) Multiannual professional experience in payment accounting Very good knowledge of wage tax, social security, labour and collective bargaining Funded knowledge of bAV transit routes Safe handling of SAP HCM, SuccessFactors and MS Office Self-employed, structured and service-oriented work Discretion, reliability and pleasure in team work Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Experience in the metal industry is a plus, but no need
