The external service companies in the construction sector control you professionally and in partnership and act as sovereign as well as solution-oriented in exchange with construction authorities. Whether operating daily business or strategic issues: You think ahead, identify potentials and develop sustainable solutions. Even if it comes to investment and major repairs, you are a reliable size and plan as well as manage the measures in your area of responsibility with far-sightedness and entrepreneurial thinking. Technical studies in the field of construction technology or comparable relevant experience Multiannual leadership experience in a comparable position in a manufacturing company Practical practice in the regulated environment, e.g. medical device manufacturing, pharmaceutical industry or food industry, High understanding of business relationships and cost awareness Safe handling of the common IT systems: ERP systems (preferably SAP) and MS Office Good knowledge of English (Level B1)
