The Workplace Management provides the services for the operation and maintenance of the workstations (desktop, notebook) in the group and provides the platform for the worldwide management of the devices. Due to the increasing requirements in the areas of digitalization, security and compliance, IT complexity is steadily increasing. As a result, it is necessary to ensure a mature workplace management (desktop, notebook). In addition, the further development and updating of the devices must be guaranteed. In this case, interoperability with other infrastructure services must be ensured at any time. In this context, workplace management, as part of the IT infrastructure, is one of the cornerstones of the company's competitiveness and growth.

As an IT Technology Expert*in (w/m/d), you are responsible for implementing the software package, creating scripts and testing for the efficient and automated distribution of software systems. The development and implementation of mechanisms for automating distribution of operating systems as well as application software to ensure a uniform stable system environment is also part of your task. They also manage and coordinate the patch management. Regular evaluation and determination of client architecture for software and hardware is also part of your task. They monitor and conduct actions in the area of client security to ensure the protection of sensitive business data. Finally, program necessary scripts and applications for operation.
