Your duties You support day-to-day management, pre- and post-processing of meetings and internal and external communication You function as an interface between the teams (cross-departmental) and the department management You accompany the exchange of departments, including protocol management and follow-up of tasks You produce meaningful reporting and key figures You check project documents, schedules and costs You combine relevant information and develop sound decision templates, presentation documents and documentation You coordinate overarching projects and are significantly involved in successful implementation

You have completed commercial or technical training or completed studies Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in the construction or real estate industry You bring very good MS Office and SAP knowledge You convince your environment by a safe occurrence and communication strength You are characterized by rapid understanding and an independent and structured way of working
