♪ This is your new job:

The WG Hahnbergstraße in Marburg offers six regular places for children and young people as well as two inobservatory places.

Our housing group is not a permanent place of life, but rather for families in crises that separate in a time-limited manner, can work to improve the family situation in order to allow the young to return to the parental household.

We are working intensively on returning to the family of origin with six regular places for children and young people aged 11 years. A team-connected additional specialist as a family consultancy represents the bridge to the families of origin.

Our offer is supplemented by two inobservatory places where we offer young people protection, shelter and orientation in acute crises.

♪ These are your tasks as a social education specialist (d/m/w):

• You accompany young people over a period of 1-2 years and work with reintegration into the parent house
• Together with our family adviser, you shape intensive cooperation with the caregivers
• You see individual people with their individual needs, interests and potentials and encourage them to meet their personality
• You accompany the children and young people in everyday life and create a reliable and structured habitat with you
• You are a first aider in the need for young people on our two inobservatory places. You are here when arrival is difficult
• You show yourself as a reliable person - calm, clear and facing
• You document educational processes, participate in team sessions and supervision and are ready to continue your education

♪ You bring this as a social pedagogical specialist (d/m/w):

• You are an educator, social education, medical education, or have completed another relevant training or study
• You have joy and interest in working with our children and young people and their families.
• You identify with our concept of repatriation and work with the caregivers at eye level. You see parents as partners, young people you are a companion.
• You are empathic, but clear in your border
• You are safe in communication, both in dealing with the supervisors and in cooperation with colleagues and network partners
• You are flexible in a dynamic working environment, paired with the ability to self-reflection and constructive feedback
• You also keep a cool head in emotional exceptional situations
• You can see the benefits in the shift service (including weekend services and night readiness in the group) and design the schedule together with your team
• Class B driving licence
