You are the first contact person for our customers and accept their wishes in a valuable way, whether on site, via video or on the phone. You support our customers in all service topics. Through active appointment arrangements and with your friendly and empathic way you win new customers. You recognize the needs and other consulting needs of our customers and actively address them.

You have a successfully completed training. You match us and our values. You have fun in customer service and desire to gain first experience in consulting banking products. We will take care of you personally during the development phase. You build a network with other cross-incomes. A further qualification is possible after the programme.
