Head of Plant Controlling (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the work controlling of domestic and foreign works Professional and partly disciplinary leadership of employees, continuous optimization of workflows and development of measures Management of special projects and their target tracking Requirements for the calculation of costs within the group Support in the formulation of measures for cost reduction or Efficiency increase Creating monthly and annual accounts including inventory assessment, provisions and inventory Improvement and further development of planning methods and tools Further development of controlling instruments in SAP with focus on cost centers, cost centers and accounting Close cooperation with sales and process controlling Working with the Group's strategic development

Successfully completed economic studies with a focus on controlling/ accounting or comparable qualification Multiannual relevant professional experience in factory controlling in the production environment Leadership and cooperation Secure and routined handling of SAP, especially S/4 HANA Very good user knowledge in Office 365, especially Excel Funded knowledge in the area of cost accounting and accounting and GuV Systematic, targeted and independent working methods as well as pronounced analytical and communicative skills, social competence at international level Strategic thinking and presentation capability Very good knowledge of English, ideally French and/or Spanish readiness to travel
