Contact person for employees and managers of medical staff, medical and technical staff and administrative staff Job guidance and management Publication of job invitations Processing of all administrative processes from entry to exit Implementation of the necessary personnel measures with the associated correspondence Input and maintenance of personnel master files Correspondence with the clinic and institute departments

A successfully completed study with a focus on staff or a successfully completed commercial training with a focus on personnel management and corresponding professional experience Multiannual experience in staff administration and care Knowledge of labour law, knowledge of collective bargaining (TVöD-K) Routinized handling of standard PC applications (MS Office) would be desirable to have experiences in handling SAP-HCM Quick understanding, clear communication and team skills High level of autonomy, structure and commitment Excellent sense of responsibility and absolute reliability
