Senior Account Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for the Department of Integration Policy in the Department of Social Affairs, Health and Integration of the Mayor's Office of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. The place is to be occupied in part-time (50 %) and limited until 30.09.2027.

The Integration Policy department coordinates the integration policy of the state capital of Stuttgart. The basis for this has been the Stuttgart Alliance for Integration since 2001. The Department of Integration Policy with a focus on strategy and conception also includes the Department of Migration and the Welcome Center Stuttgart.

A job that enthuses you

• You are responsible for secretarial tasks and the office organization
• You will take care of the organisation, preparation and follow-up of meetings, as well as support in preparing dates and events
• You are a contact person for various institutions and individuals in the context of public and e-mail traffic as well as on the phone

A change or addition of the task area is reserved.

Your profile that suits us

• A training as an administrative specialist, merchant/supplier for office management or a comparable professional qualification or a completed training with several years of professional experience in assistance
• Safe handling of MS Office products as well as experience in dealing with video conferencing software such as webex or zoom for digital formats are desired
• Good written and oral expression in the German language
• Relevant professional experience and experience with urban management structures and knowledge of administrative processes are advantageous
• Embossed communication skills, reliability, independent work and flexibility
