First contact for our customers and answer questions both in German and English (by email, telephone, MS teams and on site) Operational control of processes around vehicle ordering, administration and return. You offer fast and competent solutions for all customer concerns and ensure that our customers feel well-maintained at any time. Strategic advice to optimize mobility processes and fleet costs Data management: management, processing and bundling of contract and master data Project work: Support for new customer implementation & new mobility solutions Own-sponsored support of your customer portfolio with development perspective Analysis and reporting of customer and process indicators to increase efficiency Cooperation with other departments: You coordinate with other teams to efficiently process customer requests and continuously improve the quality of the service.

A completed degree or successfully completed training in the field of business, automotive, gastronomy, hotel industry or tourism First professional experience or internships in these areas Passion for cars & mobility Very good communication skills in German and English – safe performance in word and writing to compete competently and friendly in international customer communications. Safe handling of popular MS Office applications Team spirit, flexibility and a quick understanding Friendly, empathic appearance and the ability to stay calm and solution-oriented in stressful situations
