Green areas need expertise, organization and a good look for detail. As a foreman in the Greenland service, you coordinate employees, foreign companies and workflows and take responsibility for tree control at our farms. With your professional leadership skills, your technical understanding and your independent work, you ensure that our green spaces are maintained professionally, safely and reliably. Lead & Control: You take over the team's professional leadership and participate in the deployment planning of employees in the Greenland service. Responsibilities within your field you vote, decide and document them. You control the work done on site with regard to quality, timetable, material use and compliance with accident prevention regulations and protective measures. Furthermore, you take the tree controls (single trees, tree groups) on the farms according to the FLL tree control guidelines, determine the need for action and transfer the measures to the exporting foreign company. Plan & organize: You participate in the deployment planning of personnel, vehicles, machines and equipment and assist in the creation of work instructions. Regular team calls with your leadership as well as documentation of the work of foreign companies (e.g. the AWB or the Winter Service) and foreign invoices are also part of your task. Coordinate & develop: You organize the services of the greenland service taking into account legal and operational requirements. In doing so, you actively shape processes, coordinate measures, create materials such as plants or scattered goods and contribute to the further development of the department. Taxes & Provide: You coordinate foreign services (e.g. winter service, tree fillings) in coordination with your leadership and compliance with economic requirements. You participate in the replacement purchase of machines and equipment as well as budget planning and carry out instructions, e.g. to UVV or dangerous substance assessments.

Qualification: You have completed training as a landscape gardener or a comparable training degree. In addition, you are a certified FLL tree inspector*in or willing to complete this additional qualification. Expertise & know-how: You already have several years of professional experience in landscape construction. Flexibility & mobility: You own the class B and CE license. Alternatively, you are ready to purchase the license of the CE class. IT knowledge: You bring deeper user knowledge to MS-Office and have experience in handling software for green planning or Tree disaster care. Personality & working methods: You are characterized by a high understanding. Teamability is of course the same for you as an independent and structured way of working.
